My one of a kind treasures are non-refundable. I do not issue refunds for returned items.

If there is an issue with your order I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.  Since all of my items are handmade, there may be varitations between or even within an order.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, I require that you contact me within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

Since we live in a very small community and turn around times vary with Canada Post, we can not guarantee shipping dates. We try our very best to get things out quickly and affordably. 

We unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times and delays are beyond our control. If you would like your item by a specific date we suggest contacting us and upgrading your shipping during the checkout process to Expedited or Xpresspost. This will give you a more accurate shipping time. We will also rush the order for you to ensure you have it on time.

Fairmont Hot Springs, is a very small community of about 400 people depending on the time of year. We overlook the Rocky Mountains on the east side and the Purcell Mountain Range to the west.
